The StrataPrep PCR purification kit prepares PCR products for manipulation quickly and easily. The DNA binding solution is added directly to the PCR microcentrifuge tube and transferred to the unique microspin cup. Once bound, the DNA is washed and then eluted from the column, ready for use.
