ePath3D is a suite of applications consisting of the ePathway Tool (a 3D Pathway Drawing Tool) and the eProtein Database (Associated Protein Information Database). ePathway is a 3D drawing tool, which also includes hundreds of premade pathways, which are are linked to the eProtein database. The eProtein Database contains the proteins which are associated with the ePathway Database of ePath3D. Each Protein has its own Datasheet, Review, Related Pathway List, Disease Relation, Sequence Information, Publications, siRNA Database, siRNA Finder, Protein Sequence Hydroplot, Peptide Antigen Database and Peptide Tool. You can click on the relative buttons to view the information.
