The BIOLASE™ PCR Kit contains all the necessary components to perform polymerase assays on a wide range of DNA templates. In addition to Bioline ultra-pure dNTPs, the kit is based on our widely used BIOLASE DNA polymerase, which achieves dependable and robust results. The kit is also supplied with 2x PolyMate Additive for difficult templates.
