Description
The MaxArray custom service provides customers with a paraffin block array using their own tissues. We send the customer a kit with all the necessary tools to punch out their tissue of interest from their paraffin blocks. The customer places each paraffin embedded tissue punch into a microfuge tube. The kit and all tissues in individual tubes are mailed back to Zymed where we incorporate them into a single homogenous paraffin block. Three to four weeks later the customer will receive a paraffin block and a template locating all of their incorporated tissue samples. This block can be cut into 100-120 slides and processed like any regular paraffin embedded tissue block.
