Description
The iBox Small Animal Imaging System is revolutionizing in-vivo imaging by enabling researchers to visualize and capture multispectral fluorescently labeled cells. The system is designed with leading-edge color camera technology enabling quick detection, iamge capture and high throughput of multiple research animals. The easy to use software automates research with templates to enable reproducible, consistent results. The light tight darkroom creates optimum conditions. BioLite™ MultiSpectral Light Source supplies directed epi illumination with filters for excitation of fluorescent markers. The warming station, positioned on the easy-access roll out tray, is temperature regulated to provide the optimum animal temperature during imaging procedures. The real-time, non-invasive imaging capabilities speed up basic and preclinical research studies in tumors, heart and metabolic diseases. BREES™ tool supplies background reduction with excitation and emission scanning. IQ/OQ documentation available.
