CD45R antibodies are immunological tools used to detect the antigen CD45R, an alias of the human protein 'protein tyrosine phosphatase receptor type C', encoded by the gene PTPRC. The full protein is reported to be 1306 amino acid residues in length. Based on antigen name, there may be canine, porcine, monkey, mouse and rat variants of this protein. The CD45R antigen is a documented cancer, mesenchymal and hematopoeietic stem cell marker.
