Clone RA3-6B2 Antibody Products

Clone RA3-6B2 is a rat monoclonal antibody specific to the mouse gene, PTPRC, or Protein tyrosine phosphatase, receptor type, C. Another name for the gene is CD45R. Indicated applications for antibody clone RA3-6B2 include Western blot, immunohistochemistry, flow cytometry, immunofluorescence, immunocytochemistry, and immunoprecipitation.

This is used for in vitro translation activity detection. Cells transfected for 24h were collected and the samples were stained with this antibody, and then a PE secondary antibody was used. The positive percentage of cells in the transfected samples was about 99%, and the effect was very good.

After transfecting the mRNA into the cells, cells were collected for 24 hours and stained with this antibody, and then stained with a PE-labeled secondary antibody. After staining, flow cytometry showed that the positive percentage of the transfected cells was as high as 98%.
