This is used for in vitro translation activity detection. Cells transfected for 24h were collected and the samples were stained with this antibody, and then a PE secondary antibody was used. The positive percentage of cells in the transfected samples was about 99%, and the effect was very good

This is the sample we received after transfecting the cells for 24h. After staining with this antibody, we continued to use a PE secondary antibody. Each column is a sample, and these two rows are two double pores. Antibody titer is very high, we are 1:500 detection, 1:300 and 1:500 for us to see the percentage difference is not big, maybe different dilution ratio has the biggest impact on the MFI value.
Antibody titer is high, specificity is strong, and repeated freezing and thawing twice does not affect the result.
Antibodies are a bit expensive but very effective. Highly recommended.
