Anti-CCR7 antibodies are available for the flow cytometric detection of the target protein, 'C-C motif chemokine receptor 7'. In humans, the CCR7 gene encodes a protein 378 amino acids in length with a mass of 42.9 kDa. Synonyms for this protein include CD197, BLR2, CMKBR7, EBI1 and MIP-3 beta receptor. CCR7 orthologs have been reported in the following species: mouse, rat, bovine, canine, chicken, chimpanzee, frog, guinea pig, horse, porcine, rabbit, rhesus monkey, sheep, zebrafish. CCR7 antibodies can serve as useful tools for identifying populations of T cells, dendritic cells, NK cells, neutrophils, and monocytes by flow cytometry.
