I was interested in the expression of CCR7 on the surface of migratory DCs, so I first performed a titration of the antibody on the surface of PBMCs. A serial dilution of the antibody in the dilutions 1:25, 1:50, 1:100, 1:400, and 1:800 was performed after staining at 37C for 30 minutes.
