Our lab focuses our work on the study of T cells in humans organs across different age groups. In order to study the different types of T cells, we need reliable markers to identify the different subsets. We chose this antibody because it is bright and works well to identify CCR7+ cells.

Cells were stained in 100ul FACS buffer with antibody at 1:100; for 1 hour on ice and in the dark. Cells were washed with FACS buffer and run in 100uL FACS buffer.
