Clone 22F6 has been reported to be a hamster monoclonal antibody specific to the human gene, IKZF2, or IKAROS family zinc finger 2. Other suppliers describe clone 22F6 to be a hamster monoclonal antibody against human NME1, or NME/NM23 nucleoside diphosphate kinase 1. This antibody clone has been reported to also recognize the mouse ortholog of the target gene. An indicated application for antibody clone 22F6 is flow cytometry.
