Anti-CD27 antibodies are available for the flow cytometric detection of the target protein, 'CD27 molecule'. In humans, the CD27 gene encodes a protein 260 amino acids in length with a mass of 29.1 kDa. Synonyms for this protein include S152, T14, TNFRSF7, Tp55, and CD27L receptor. CD27 orthologs have been reported in the following species: mouse, rat, bovine, canine, chimpanzee, guinea pig, horse, porcine, rabbit, sheep. CD27 antibodies can serve as useful tools for identifying populations of immune cells, such as T cells, B cells, NK cells, and monocytes, by flow cytometry.
