Product Name:

anti-CD27 mouse/human BV510 antibody

Catalog Number:

We are an immunology lab studying CD8 T cell memory differentiation. CD27 is a hallmark memory marker. We performed adoptive transfer in vivo experiments, and harvest spleens during the acute response of infection. I used this antibody in my T cell panel to identify memory precursors. I chose this product since it fit well in my 12 color panel. Biolegend was one of the few vendors offering this marker with this particular clone and color.

Experimental Design and Results Summary

Applications

Flow Cytometry

1:500. 30 mins, 4 deg incubation

Blocking Agent

FC blocking in FACS buffer (2% FBS, .2% NaAzide/PBS)

Results Summary

I analyzed the adoptively transferred cells during the acute response. Further analysis of the cells led to the identification of CD27+CD8+KLRG1- memory precursors.
