Anti-CD294 antibodies are directed against the protein CD294 encoded by the gene PTGDR2, or prostaglandin D2 receptor 2 in humans. The full-length protein is 43,268 daltons in mass and has been noted to be membrane-associated. This protein is reported to contain sites of glycosylation.
