Anti-CRTH2 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target CRTH2 is a known alias name of the protein prostaglandin D2 receptor 2, encoded by the PTGDR2 gene in humans. This 395-amino acid residue protein is a known receptor for prostaglandin D2 (PGD2). It is localized to the cell membrane of the cell and features phosphorylated and glycosylated post-translational modifications. In terms of tissue expression, it is reported to be widely expressed across many tissue types. Other synonyms for CRTH2 include CD294 and CD294. ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry are common applications for CRTH2 antibodies.
