Anti-Interleukin 10 antibodies are directed against the protein encoded by the gene IL10 in humans. The gene may also be known as IL-10, GVHDS, CSIF, IL-10, IL10A, and T-cell growth inhibitory factor. Structurally, the protein is reported to be 20.5 kilodaltons in mass. The IL10 marker can be used to identify CD4+ ?ß Cytotoxic T Cells.* Based on gene name, canine, porcine, monkey, mouse and rat orthologs may also be found.
