Anti-KRAS proto-oncogene, GTPase antibodies are directed against the protein encoded by the gene KRAS in humans. The gene may also be known as KRAS1, K-RAS2A, K-RAS2B, NS3, K-ras, and C-K-RAS. Structurally, the protein is reported to be 21.7 kilodaltons in mass. Based on gene name, canine, porcine, monkey, mouse and rat orthologs may also be found.
