Anti-LCK proto-oncogene, Src family tyrosine kinase antibodies are directed against the protein encoded by the gene LCK in humans. The gene may also be known as p56lck, IMD22, LSK, YT16, tyrosine-protein kinase Lck, and T-lymphocyte specific protein tyrosine kinase p56lck. Structurally, the protein is reported to be 58 kilodaltons in mass. The LCK marker can be used to identify Lymphocytes.* Based on gene name, canine, porcine, monkey, mouse and rat orthologs may also be found.
