Anti-Endothelial PAS domain protein 1 antibodies are directed against the protein encoded by the gene EPAS1 in humans. The gene may also be known as HIF2 alpha, ECYT4, HIF2A, HLF, MOP2, endothelial PAS domain-containing protein 1, and EPAS-1. Structurally, the protein is reported to be 96.5 kilodaltons in mass. Based on gene name, canine, porcine, monkey, mouse and rat orthologs may also be found.
