Anti-CIDX antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target CIDX is a known alias name of the protein interleukin 2 receptor subunit gamma, encoded by the IL2RG gene in humans. This 369-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in cytokine-mediated signaling pathways and immune response pathways, among other biological processes. It is localized to the cell membrane of the cell and features glycosylated post-translational modifications. It is reported to be expressed in the stomach, spleen, rectum, gallbladder, and colon. Other synonyms for CIDX include CD132 and CD132. These CIDX antibodies are widely used in Western Blot experiments, among other applications.
