RNase H, or Ribonuclease H, is an endonuclease that specifically digests RNA in DNA-RNA hybridized pairs. This feat is beneficial in molecular biology, in which E. coli RNase H can be used to degrade RNA templates, such as in the first-strand cDNA synthesis of reverse transcription. Visit the supplier page for more information, including details on enzyme activity.
Your search returned 11 RNase H across 6 suppliers.
