NKG2C ELISA Kits

These NKG2C ELISA kits are immunodetection tools for measuring the levels of NKG2C in biological samples. NKG2C is an alias of the human KLRC2 gene, which encodes the protein, killer cell lectin like receptor C2. Notably, NKG2C is known to play a role in adaptive immune responses and signal transduction pathways, among other functions. The KLRC2 protein is described to be 231 amino acid residues in length and 26.2 kilodaltons in mass. It is localized to the cell membrane of the cell. In terms of tissue specificity, it is reported to be expressed in NK cell subsets, in particular in adaptive CD57-positive NK cells. This protein is known to be glycosylated.
