Detection

Imaged on EVOS Fl Auto at 40x magnification

Results Summary

Patient-derived iPSCs from rare neurological conditions were differentiated into neurons utilizing a dual SMAD inhibition protocol. Immunofluorescence with this antibody has stained neurons confirming cell identity. The antibody is also used for structural analysis and neuronal identification in mixed cultures.
