Anti-Integrin subunit beta 1 antibodies are directed against the protein encoded by the gene ITGB1 in humans. The gene may also be known as CD29, integrin beta 1, integrin, beta 1a, FNRB, GPIIA, and glycoprotein IIa. Structurally, the protein is reported to be 88.4 kilodaltons in mass. Based on gene name, canine, porcine, monkey, mouse and rat orthologs may also be found.
