Anti-CGPR-A antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the CGPR-A antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the PDE6A gene, which encodes phosphodiesterase 6A. This protein is known to function in eye development and signal transduction pathways, among other biological roles. The human version of CGPR-A has a canonical amino acid length of 860 residues and a protein mass of 99.5 kilodaltons. It is reported to be localized in the cell membrane of cells and notably expressed in the retina. Other names for this target antigen include PDEA and RP43. Indicated applications for CGPR-A antibodies listed below include ELISA and Western Blot.
