Anti-CD352 antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The CD352 antigen is another term for the human protein SLAM family member 6, encoded by the SLAMF6 gene. The protein is reported to be a self-ligand receptor of the signaling lymphocytic activation molecule (SLAM) family. Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 332 residues and a mass of 37.3 kilodaltons. Its subcellular localization is in the cell membrane and it is noted to be expressed by all (resting and activated) natural killer cells (NK), T- and B-lymphocytes.
