Anti-Ras homolog, mTORC1 binding antibodies are directed against the protein encoded by the gene RHEB in humans. The gene may also be known as RHEB2, GTP-binding protein Rheb, and Ras homolog enriched in brain 2. Structurally, the protein is reported to be 20.5 kilodaltons in mass. Based on gene name, fly, canine, porcine, monkey, mouse and rat orthologs may also be found.
