The OLLAS Tag, which stands for “E. coli OmpF Linker and mouse Langerin fusion sequence” is a 14-amino acid peptide epitope with the sequence, SGFANELGPRLMGK. It can be fused to the N- or C- terminus or internally within a target protein for affinity purification or immunodetection. Several antibodies to the OLLAS epitope are available for the analyses of OLLAS-tagged proteins.
