I specialize in functional genomics and applying gene editing technologies to address immunology questions. I have recently developed a new barcoding system, which represents the largest known to date set of protein-based reporters (doi.org/10.1016/j.cell.2018.09.022). I used this product for detection of Ollas-tagged recombinant protein expressed by HEK-293T cells.

I was looking a new epitope tag antibody and this one is excellent. Works well for mass and flow cytometry; fanstastic also for IHC. For mass cytometry, antibody was directly conjugated with a metal isotope prior to staining. For flow, secondary antibody was used.
