Anti-Cyclin B1 antibodies are directed against the protein encoded by the gene CCNB1 in humans. The Cyclin B1 protein has an expected mass of 48.3 kDa, but there are 2 reported isoforms. The protein may also be known as CCNB and G2/mitotic-specific cyclin-B1. Variants of this antigen may also be found in other species, including plant, canine, porcine, monkey, mouse and rat.
