Anti-Discoidin domain receptor tyrosine kinase 1 antibodies are directed against the protein encoded by the gene DDR1 in humans. The gene may also be known as CD167, DDR, EDDR1, PTK3, epithelial discoidin domain-containing receptor 1, and CAK. Structurally, the protein is reported to be 101.1 kilodaltons in mass. Based on gene name, canine, porcine, monkey, mouse and rat orthologs may also be found.
