Anti-Gephyrin antibodies are directed against the protein encoded by the gene GPHN in humans. The Gephyrin protein has an expected mass of 79.7 kDa, but there are 2 reported isoforms. The protein may also be known as Gph, HKPX1, and GPHRYN. Variants of this antigen may also be found in other species, including canine, porcine, monkey, mouse and rat.
