Anti-CD150 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the CD150 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the SLAMF1 gene, which encodes signaling lymphocytic activation molecule family member 1. This protein is known to function in adaptive immune responses and cell adhesion, among other biological roles. The human version of CD150 has a canonical amino acid length of 335 residues and a protein mass of 37.2 kilodaltons, although 4 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the cell membrane of cells and notably expressed in the thymus, spleen, and bone marrow. This target antigen may also be known as CDw150.
