Anti-CD115 antibodies detect the protein encoded by the gene CSF1R, or 'colony stimulating factor 1 receptor' in humans. The 972-amino acid protein is a member of the Protein kinase superfamily, Tyr protein kinase family, CSF-1/PDGF receptor subfamily. The cellular localization is predicted to be membrane-associated. Glycosylation sites have been reported.
