The study aimed to test the effect of GM-CSF on endothelial cell migration. To this end, mouse endothelial cells were growth-arrested, treated with recombinant mouse GM-CSF protein, and subjected to a transwell migration assay. The recombinant mouse GM-CSF protein showed a great effect on endothelial cell migration.
