The B cells show a clear positive cell population, which is typically 50:50. Samples sometimes need to be washed extra to ensure good staining and readable signal. The MFI was high enough. We are happy with the results.
Clear separation of positive vs negative.
Monoclonal does not always work.
It's a good antibody that works well for me. It is however expensive just as most of BD's IVD antibodies.
