Monoclonal anti-kappa and anti-lambda antibodies are not always of good quality. This is why many labs use polyclonal antibodies instead. This mAb works ok.

Results Summary

The B cells show a clear positive cell population, which is typically 50:50. Samples sometimes need to be washed extra to ensure good staining and readable signal. The MFI was high enough. We are happy with the results.
