CD10 is positive on mature neutrophils, but can also be seen on immature B cells (hematogones). We needed a good CD10 antibody that would give a good signal without interfering with other antibodies and with minimal compensation required.

The anti-CD10 APC antibody stained the cells as expected (mature granulocytes). The signal is bright and distinct. No staining of monocytes was seen indicating lack of non-specific staining.
Easy to optimize. Specific staining.
Too expensive.
Overall, the staining worked OK and with minimum fuss. The positive cells are easy to resolve.
