I used this antibody to define CD3+ populations within my mouse leukocytes. This antibody worked as expected to provide distinct populations which I could quantify.

Using this antibody, I was able to gate my CD3+ population among the leukocytes in my mouse samples. I compared these CD3+ populations across my treatment groups in order to make conclusions about the percentage of T cells in different samples.

This antibody is affordable, works well, and requires very little optimization. I will continue to use this in my flow cytometry panel for mouse primary cells.
