I use it for nuclear staining of HEK293 and HeLa cells. Good brightness and super easy to use it, also the amount needed is really really low. So, it will last forever.

Done after fixing with 4% PFA for 15m and perm with 0.1% Triton X-100 for 10m
Great nuclear stain. I have not encountered any background noise. Its intensity is quite high in confocal images. Also, the amount and time needed is really low. Although it recommends 15m incubation, I always incubate it for 5m and works great.

I highly recommend this item since it is easy to use, bright with no background, and has an amount that will last a lifetime.
