Cytek Aurora spectral flow cytometry
This antibody stains thymic mTECs extremely brightly by spectral flow cytometry, making it difficult to separate true positive and negative populations. Titrating to get optimal staining took several experiments to dial in use, with significant variation from machine to machine.
