Podocalyxin was detected in formalin fixed paraffin embedded sections of mouse brain using Goat Anti-Mouse Podocalyxin Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF1556) at a dilution of 1:500 overnight at 4 °C. DAPI and Hoechst 33342 were used together for nuclear stain. The podocalyxin staining denoted micro vessels in brain sections for barrier disruption analysis by probing for serum protein deposition proximal to brain microvasculature. This image was taken on a Zeiss LSM 710 Confocal Microscope (META) with Zeiss Plan Apo 63x/1.40 oil
