This is a solid protein ladder to use for western blotting. I personally prefer the Kalediscope because of the variety of colors. With that, I quickly identified band weights. With this one, I need the reference sheet next to me. Since they are the same price, there is no real benefit.

I used this when Kalediscope was on backorder. Nothing wrong with it, but nothing great either. The blot shows the ladder run on a blot.
