I used this mouse IFN-gamma (IFNɣ) Protein in mice bone-marrow-derived macrophage cells (BMDM). BMDMs were induced to M1 macrophage cells by 10 ng mL−1 IFNɣ and 10 ng mL−1 LPS. It works great, and the stimulations are very stable.

Use M-CSF culture BMDM for 7 days and then IFNɣ and LPS to stimulate M2 macrophage cells.
24 h stimulation of BMDM by 10 ng mL−1 IFNɣ and 10 ng mL−1 LPS is good enough to generate M1 macrophage cells. The results are stable and reliable.

This IFNɣ protein works great for M1 macrophage stimulation. Highly recommended.
