Hyperion Imaging system
This antibody allow us to identify neutrophils and macrophages subtypes on FFPE slice. We coupled this antibody with 176Yb metal since it was used for Imaging Mass Cytometry. Signal was acquired using a Hyperion imaging system. This antibody was titrated and used at 1:2000 overnight.
Very good signal.
Expensive
Expensive antibody, but the dilution used allows a lot of test, highly recommended.
