Used this antibody to confirm knockout in MCF10a cells by western blotting. Used at dilution 1:1000 in 5% BSA in TBST, very clear signal.

10% Milk in TBST
1:2000 in 10% milk in TBST for 1 hour at room temperature
ECL western blotting reagent
Used the antibody to detect knockout of ACSS2 in MCF10a cells, very clear signal at reasonable dilution. I have also used the antibody to look at varying levels of ACSS2 in different cell lines.
Very clear signal.
Quite expensive.
Would definitely purchase again.
