I use BSA in PBS reagent for immunofluorescence staining as a blocking solution. This one is very easy to use and has worked great for me so far.

I diluted this reagent by 3% BSA using PBS for blocking buffer, and primary and secondary antibodies solutions. It has worked great for me so far.
