STIM2 protein encoded by the STIM2 gene in humans. It is one of the member of stromal interaction molecule family. Stromal interaction molecules responsible for as Ca2+ sensors that sense changes in Ca2+ content in intracellular Ca2+ stores. STIM2 is ubiquitously expressed in nature and it is a highly conserved protein and functions as an endoplasmic reticulum Ca2+ sensor. Here we checked the time course effect of STIM2 expression by chemoattractant.
