To induce micronuclei formation, we treated cells with 4Gy of radiation. We found that cGAS does localise to ~80% of DAPI-positive micronuclei after radiation treatment. This result confirms that cGAS localises to micronuclei in Head and Neck Cancer cell lines. Although the cGAS signal was strong, the antibody did have some background.
