I used this antibody several times and it always worked. Cells were stimulated with TGFb that it can induce renal fibrosis and higher expression of DRP1. Cells were stimulated for 24 hours.

The overexpression of DRP1 on fibroblast stimulated with TGF-b was confirmed by western blot.
Band is clear and antibody works very well.
I suggest to dilute the antibody up to 1:10000.
